研究设计

双盲随机对照试验;人群为7-18日龄婴儿;样本量摘要未报告;干预组接受添加5 g/L牛乳MFGM的配方粉(INV-MFGM),对照组为牛乳配方粉(Control),参考组为母乳(HM);干预时长60天。

主要结果

第60天时,配方粉组粪便细菌多样性和丰富度高于母乳组,两歧双歧杆菌和链状双歧杆菌丰度也较高。与母乳组相比,对照组粪便pH较高,而INV-MFGM组的乙酸、丙酸、异戊酸以及总短链和支链脂肪酸较高;INV-MFGM组丁酸和乳酸从基线到第60天有所增加。所有研究组的sIgA随时间增加。

阴性或未达到的结果

未检测到口腔微生物群或免疫标志物(α-防御素、β-防御素、钙卫蛋白或sIgA)的组间差异。
